Solution 1: Reboot the Minecraft Server and Launcher
You can reboot your Minecraft server and the launcher. Next check your internet connection also. It must be strong enough to connect your Minecraft server and load all the graphical elements. This solves your problem most of the times. If it is not solving your matter. Let’s go the next solution.
Solution 2: Allow Java Apps in Firewall
Sometimes your antivirus software blocks the java applications. That cause to connection errors. Turn off your antivirus software and try again to connect.
If you use windows, you have to open the firewall for Java. To do that, open the control panel of your Windows PC. Now click “windows defender firewall”. You can use a search box to get this. Click this link at the left upper corner to allow your Java apps. Then click the “change settings” button. score down the list and find “Java Platform SE binary” then click all the boxes here. Allow both private and public networks. Now click the “Ok” button to save the changes.

Solution 3: Allow Crack Players on Minecraft

Get root access using this line.
sudo -s
Open server properties file using this command. In this list, find “Online Mode”. Then change its value as “false”. Save the changes using, control + X, then type Y and hit “enter”.
nano server.properties
Now reboot the server using this command. It will close your terminal automatically. Open the terminal again after one minute.
reboot
If you don’t run the Minecraft server as a system service you have to start again it.
