How to setup (A Record) on freenom.com

Good Day, How are you doing please I really need an urgent assistance on how to setup (A Record) on freenom.com I found this error on mail-tester, please assist me on whereto go and get this error fixed. Thank you

    Actually, freenom domains are not suitable for the mail server you have to get top level domain to get better mail score. If you want to use Freenom, add the domain to the cloudflare then setup the record indide the Cloudflare DNS server.
