install radio for AMD 1core oracle (shoutcast+sctrans2+letsencrypt)

Can you make a tutorial how to install
-shoutcast
-sctrans2 (autodj)
-letsencrypt (for ssl playback)

I know you did a tutorial for azuracast on oracle AMD instance. The reality is oracle AMD is too slow for azuracast (due to liquidsoap). Maybe installing shoutcast with SCtrans2 can make the AMD instances work (I have found no one that made it). icecast can work too but shoutcast can be monetized more easily
