Hi I followed every step twice described in the video but still not able to connect VPS Server using Turbo VNC Viewer in the end 

Facing Error in the end “failed to connect to server”

Plz help  I really need a 24/7  server for livestreaming

also how to Allow  “turbo VNC viewer port 5901 to connect virtual server remotely”

I’m a newbie when it comes to creating VPS servers need help
