Hello, in this tutorial you will learn how to edit the Canva template that you purchase somewhere such as Etsy.

Go to the template link, you will see a preview of the template. Let’s see how to edit it, click the “use template” button. If you already have an account, you can log in to it.

If not, you have to signup, you can use the Google account, Facebook account, or Email address to enter into Canva [Sign Up Canva]. I chose Google account sign-up. Now you can use your purchased template.

Let’s see how to modify and edit this, after that download the high-quality PDF file to print. I zoom the template; it is easy to edit. You can change any numbers or words by double click on it. If you want to delete the item, simply select it and click on delete item at the upper toolbar. I want these fields to blank so I delete all the values here.

If you want to add your company logo here, first delete these graphic items. Then click the “upload” button and chose your logo file. Click on your logo, it will add to the invoice template. Then you can adjust and position out the logo easily. I change the template color according to my logo.

You can simply select the item that you want to change the color of and select a preferred color. You can see here Canva automatically identifies colors that include in the logo. You can also change the fonts of this template. Select your item and change the font using the font list. It gives so many fonts’ types, you can select the best one.

After you finish with editing, click the small “download icon” at the top. You can choose the preferred file type here then click the “Download” button. ok, this is your template, now you can print this file.
